What is the acceptance standard of stainless steel cable tray

With the rapid development of the construction industry, electrical engineering is becoming more and more important, and the traditional wiring method can no longer meet the demand.

In our life, the acceptance of stainless steel cable tray vendors is very important. 

If unreasonable design is found in the process of acceptance, it can be corrected in time to prevent mistakes caused by quality problems in the future. 

(1)the length of the steel fireproof bridge in the straight section is more than 30m, and the length of the fireproof bridge made of aluminum alloy or FRP is more than 15m, with expansion joints; the compensation device shall be located where the fireproof bridge passes through the deformation joints of the building. 

(2)the bending radius of the stainless steel bridge shall not be less than the small allowable bending radius of the cable in the bridge. 

(3)when there are no design requirements, the support spacing of horizontal installation of fireproof bridge is 1.5 ~ 3m and the support spacing of vertical installation is not more than 2m

(4)the bolts of stainless steel cable tray vendors and support and the connecting plate bolts of bridge are firmly fixed without omission, and the nuts are located outside the bridge; when aluminum alloy bridges and steel supports are insulated from each other at the same time, there are measures to prevent electrochemical corrosion. 

(5)fireproof bridges are laid under flammable and explosive gas pipes and thermal pipes. 

When there is no requirement for the design, the distance from the pipe meets the requirement. 

(6)the bridges laid in the shaft across different fire areas shall be positioned in accordance with the design requirements, and there shall be fire prevention and plugging measures. 

(7)when the bracket and embedded parts are fixed and welded, the weld is full; when expanding the perimeter of the bolt, the bolt should be suitable, the connection should be tight, and the locking parts should be complete. 

Stainless steel bridge has been used all over the country. 

The use of the bridge requires strict inspection, and we need to examine the details carefully. 

Only in this way can the bridge be used for a longer time and bring us a better use effect.
