Standard for installation of cable trays

1.The cable tray vendors should be installed firmly and horizontally and vertically. The left and right deviation of the support walking horizontally along the cable rack should be below-lOmm, and the height deviation should be below 5mm. 

2.When the bridge frame is installed with the process pipe, the bridge frame should be arranged on one side of the pipe frame. 

When there is a combustible gas pipeline, the bridge should be arranged on the lower risk side of the power supply. 

3.If the design is not specified, the distance between the layers of the bridge, the distance from the upper layer of the bridge to the top of the ditch or the floor, and the distance from the lower layer to the bottom of the ditch or the floor shall not be less than the value in Table 3. 

(1) the bridge should be above the pipeline with corrosive liquid. 

(2) the bridge should be directly below the thermal pipe. 

(3) when the flammable and explosive vapor is deeper than the gas, the bridge should be on the pipeline. 

(4) when flammable and explosive gas is lighter than air, the cable tray should be under the pipeline. 

4.The cable tray should not be laid in parallel with the following pipes. When it is unavoidable, the position of the cable tray shall comply with the following provisions. 

Or take corresponding protective measures. 

5.The distance between the bridge frame and the pipe should meet the requirements of Table 4. 

6.The bridge shall be covered with a plate or maintenance cover under the following conditions. 

(1)when the bridge is installed under the perforated devices such as iron grid plates, the cable tray of the upper layer shall press the plate or protective cover. 

When the width of the upper cable rack is less than that of the lower cable rack. 

(2)when the bridge is installed in a place vulnerable to damage to mechanical equipment, additional maintenance covers shall be provided. 

7.When the cable tray vendors is installed through the wall. 

The sealing device should be used according to the environmental conditions. 

When the bridge goes through the wall from indoor to outdoor, rain-proof measures should be taken outside the wall. 

When the bridge is guided from the outdoor height to the indoor, the bridge should be tilted downward first, and then led horizontally to the indoor. 

When using trays in the tray, please use the cable rack in the outdoor horizontal part to prevent Rain Water from entering the room through the tray. 

8.The fixing of the cable in the cable tray shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards and specifications.
